Are You Feeling Suicidal?

If you are thinking or considering suicide...

PLEASE STOP EVERYTHING NOW & Reach out to 988!

It was disheartening for me to discover that individuals are more likely to consider suicide than getting the help they need to work through their problems. Even my dad admitted to me he made an attempt on his own life when my parents went through a divorce. Every life is precious, and each individual deserves peace and gentleness throughout the process. Suicide rates are even higher for people going through the divorce process and among people who have been divorced. While I enjoy working as a relationship coach, I have a special heart for divorce recovery. I’ve been through two unique divorce experiences, and it is important that you know that you are not alone, and we all deserve  peace and gentleness without judgement throughout and after the process.

My ultimate goal is for you to enjoy the most abundant peaceful life possible! I'm available to help. Let's discover your goals together, and let you experience a more peaceful future!

What Is Life Coaching?

  • Life coaching is working toward your best through another person who is trained specifically to challenge, stimulate, and steer you toward a more peaceful life!
  • A coach is not a therapist. We do not explore the past and dissect it; instead, we look to the future and purposefully move toward it, giving you the peace you desire in your life.
  • Coaching is an active process that takes time and dedication. There are tasks for you to complete in between sessions. Both time and work are a leading part of the process, and you are required to have a commitment to both in order to move toward your goals.
